 Our International Network Extensive experience across the globe working on a wide variety of projects, ranging from focus groups in South America to pan-European quantitative studies and brand consultancy across the USA. Our Process-led techniques provide a structured framework for all projects. Qualitative Research - All qualitative research conducted in English is moderated by one of ZRP’s Senior Partners, wherever the location.
. - For qualitative projects conducted in local language, a ZRP Senior Partner appoints a local agency and briefs the moderator on the details of the discussion guide and stimulus prior to the start of fieldwork.
- He/she then views each interview/group, accompanied by a simultaneous translator, then meets with the moderator on completion of fieldwork for analysis & interpretation.
- At the end of the project, the Senior Partner brings together all the findings from each territory, prepares the debrief & report and presents main findings.
- We welcome the involvement of client stakeholders throughout the process, from attending planning meetings to attending groups. We are also happy to work with client’s own nominated field agencies for each territory.
Quantitative Research - From online panels to telephone interviews, our International quantitative research service offers a team of trained quantitative interviewers representing over 100 nationalities and 140 languages. We also work with a range of Panel providers. All planning, proposals, questionnaires, analysis and debrief work is conducted by a Senior ZRP Partner.
